I found my coach’s old pamphlet from a UM swim camp years ago. Probably one of the best centralized sets of information for high-school/college aged swimmers. It includes the science behind body position, using psychology for performance, lists of drills, ideal race splits, etc

Swimming at the gym is such a wild ride because to your right you may have an elderly man doing physical therapy and to your left you have an ex college swimmer doing Olympic level turns and you’re just in the middle of them trying not to drown
