#281 Adrian Radulescu and the Development of David Popovici

Adrian Radulescu is a swim coach for CS Dinamo Bucuresti and the Romanian Swimming Federation. He is to David Popovici what Bob Bowman is to Michael Phelps - his lifelong coach. They have many parallels.

Adrian received his Masters degree and Phd. from the National University of Physical Education and Sport in Bucharest, Romania. His two thesis' were: "Study on physical effort zones in pubertal swimmers" and "Study on the dynamics of metabolic effort zones in prepubertal and pubertal swimmers".

Brett and Adrian go deep into his 10 year relationship with David. What he was like as a child. The chemistry they have formed. Being reliable, rational, and having patience. And much more!
