Frank Busch
Frank Busch is one of the great American swim coaches of all time. He spent 22 years at the University of Arizona, winning both the men’s and women’s NCAA Championships in 2008 and coaching dozens of NCAA champions along the way. He was a 6-time NCAA Coach of the Year, coached on multiple U.S. Olympic teams, and eventually became USA Swimming’s National Team Director. More than anything, Frank has had a massive impact on generations of swimmers and coaches and is one of the most respected people in our sport.
